About David Frey
I am from Michigan and graduated from college in 2019 with a degree in Exercise Science. I have worked in assisted stretch therapy for 4 years and love helping people live their best lives.
I love hearing what people’s goals are and helping them find a holistic way of achieving their healthiest selves.
Outside of work, I am a long distance runner, hiker, and outdoor explorer. I ran cross country and track in college and continue to run competitively in both road and trail races. I spent my summers during college working as a backpacking guide and have hiked the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada.
