Her journey into holistic health began through her own personal health challenges, which led her to explore clean living, alternative therapies, and chiropractic care. Through education, commitment, and lifestyle changes, she reclaimed her energy and vitality—an experience that now fuels her passion for helping others do the same.

Kate loves connecting with the community, building relationships, and sharing the mission of Align Chiropractic & Wellness. She is honored to support patients and families as they charge into the storm toward stronger health and lasting well-being.

Outside the office, Kate enjoys life with her family and cherishes time spent with her granddaughter, who keeps her active and inspired.
